From stadiums to parks to conference halls, we have the experience of delivering events of all shapes and sizes within existing venues.

We have been engaged on some of the largest events in the UK to manage their most complex venues.

Managing a venue includes everything from the health and safety planning, to crowd management, through to putting the staff in on the day to run the venue.

You can leave your planning to us as we’ll take care of catering, audio/visual, attendees lists, first aid, stewarding, policing, concessions, facilities and manage the build of any structures.

Examples of venues we have delivered services for include Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh for Pedal for Scotland, Meadow Lane in Nottingham for Nottingham Rugby’s home match days, Media City UK for Run in the Dark and we’ve even built purpose built venues in city centres capable of hosting European Archery Championships.
